Transitioning from one place to another often can feel like a big jump.

At Carronhill we understand that transition is difficult and especially so for our Additional Support Needs learners and their families.

With this in mind, we aim to provide an individual, tailored approach to transitioning into Carronhill, moving to a positive school destination and moving your child from the support of children’s services to that of adult ones.
