We have been enjoying the new swing immensely and the roundabout too. We have been enjoying the outdoors as much as possible whilst the sun is still shining and Glenbervie Millennium Gardens continues to be a favourite place to visit. “Laura” the cat has become a great friend. It is lovely to see the seasons changing and the tadpoles are gone but we now have a carpet of leaves and some hibernating ladybirds instead.
We have been lucky to have our own pianist in the room so we have had the piano in once a week which has been a huge success and really engaged everyone in music making. The pupils have also continued to build skills and confidence in Kodaly and in Choir every week.
Science has been another very popular activity this term with everyone really interested and taking turns to do an experiment.
It has been great fun learning together about “Under the Sea” and we have had lots of literacy and art work from this lovely topic.
